Panos Couros<\/strong>, is the principal artist and project producer. Panos is a Greek Australian sound designer and composer with a history of creating and presenting public multi-channel\/surround soundscapes and sound installations, and has produced these across the country. He also creates work for theatre, dance and multimedia, much of which has been performed and exhibited nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ali Cobby Eckermann<\/strong>, a Yankunytjatjara woman and award winning First Nations poet, underscores the sound scape with poetry and verses outlining a cultural connection to the work. Ali was the inaugural recipient of the Tungkunungka Pintyanthi Fellowship at Adelaide Writers Week for her memoir Too Afraid To Cry<\/em>, and was the first Aboriginal Australian writer to attend the International Writing Program at University of Iowa. In 2017 Ali received the prestigious Windham Campbell Award for Poetry from Yale University, USA. She is the recipient of the 2018 Australia Council New Literary Fellowship.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ursula Yovich<\/strong> – is an An-burra \/ Burarra woman from North West Arnhem Land. She is an actress and singer who has appeared in more than 20 theatre and musical theatre productions, including Capricornia<\/em>, Mother Courage and her Children<\/em>, The Sapphires, Natural Life, Nailed, The Sunshine Club, Jerry Springer the Opera<\/em>, Nathaniel Storm<\/em>, and The Adventures of Snugglepot & Cuddlepie and Little Ragged Blossom<\/em>, and in the films Jindabyne, Australia<\/em> and Goldstone<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greta Kelly –<\/strong> is a Brisbane based musician who has co-produced several multi-arts productions including Song to the Earth<\/em> and Song to the Ocean <\/em>featuring forest and marine sound design. She plays violin, shah kaman (Persian violin) and theremini and has collaborated with internationally renowned artists from Iran, Turkey and Iraq. She is a founding member of international touring groups DeepBlue and Mzaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Siyavash Doostkhah<\/strong> – studied electro acoustic sound design at The Queensland Conservatorium of Music in early 90\u2019s. Since then, he has undertaken extensive field recordings in natural environments both in Australia and overseas. Acoustic and electronic manipulations of these recordings form the basis of his sound installation compositions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amanda King<\/strong> – has produced a diverse range of multimedia art since 1992. Her work is evocative of nature using technology to create site responsive work with a strong focus on sound design and its interaction with images, human movement and\/ or sculptural objects. She holds a degree in Audio Production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jane Phegan \u2013 Actor <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recent theatre credits include Wherever She Wanders<\/em> (Griffin), The Campaign<\/em> (White Box\/Seymour), Black Drop Effect<\/em> (Sydney Festival\/Bankstown Arts Centre), Small Mouth Sounds<\/em> (Darlinghurst), Lost Boys<\/em> and Letters to Lindy<\/em> (Merrigong).<\/em> From 2005-14, Jane devised and performed in all of version 1.0\u2019s major works including The Table of Knowledge, THIS KIND OF RUCKUS<\/em> (Helpmann Award, Best Physical\/Visual Theatre) and Deeply Offensive & Utterly Untrue<\/em> (Drover Award, Best Touring Show). She has toured nationally and internationally, voiced radio plays for ABC and Eastside, worked in film and TV and on several new scripts with PWA. A graduate of Theatre Nepean (UWS), Jane also has a degree in Fine Art and Performance Studies from University of Sydney.
